About Us

When a sommelier, a chef partner and investors partner

Nabeeth was created by the shared passion we have for Palestinian terroirs and the belief that exceptional craftsmanship and creativity deserve to be shared.

Combining our expertise in various fields and rich with the experience of bringing Palestinian and wines, spirits and beers to the United Kingdom, we embarked on the journey of sharing these exclusive relations we have with the wineries, breweries and distilleries with a wider audience.

Our Roots

Palestinian grape growing and winemaking are the oldest in the world dating back thousands of years. Vinum Gazetum, one of the oldest commercialised wines in the world, originates in Gaza and was sold to Britain, France, Germany, Yemen during the Roman Era, up to the 6th Century AD. The rich history of Palestinian winemaking has been overshadowed due to various historical events and the current geopolitical situation. Despite challenges, the tradition persists, showcasing the resilience and cultural heritage of the Palestinian people.

Investors

After the success of akub in London in bringing the flavours of Palestine to the table, the group of investors joined forces with Chef Fadi Kattan and Sommelier Anna Patrowicz.

The beautiful Palestinian wines, beers and spirits from the best artisans have been a joy to share with guests at akub and today through Nabeeth the vision is to bring these exceptional flavours to many restaurants, bars, pubs, wine shops and to people across the UK and beyond.
