Taybeh Brewery

Taybeh is a hilltop village, overlooking the deserts of the Jordan Valley. Two brother, Nadim and David Khoury, after returning from the USA with the start of the so-called peace process created a brewery in Palestine. A dream that they succeeded in, bringing a beautiful array of beers, starting with the launch of their iconic Taybeh Golden in 1994, produced according to strict German Purity Law, without using any additives or preservatives.

In 2005 Taybeh launched the annual Taybeh Octoberfest making Taybeh a major tourist destination.

In 2007 Nadim’s daughter, Madees, follows in her father’s footsteps joining family business to become the youngest and only woman brewer in the Middle East.
