Our relationship with the winemakers, brewers and distillers we work with is that of longstanding cooperation and a shared belief in the importance of

the terroir, the history and the passion for making produce of excellence.

 

Many have been friends for years, engaged with us on the journey of telling the story of this terroir to the world and often collaborating with us at events, pop-ups and other opportunities to showcase the craftsmanship of those exceptional wines.

 

Winemaking in the region is challenging, from a perspective of the terroir but also from the ongoing situation and the historic events that impact the people and nature. Each of our winemakers is committed to preserving the art, millenia old, of winemaking in the lands of Palestine and in exploring on one hand the possibilities of the native varietals and on the other the adaptability of the international varietals.
